- Bookings, changes and refunds — these are handled by GetYourGuide and the tour operator; use your GetYourGuide booking page
- Gorilla permits — we don’t sell them
- For a correction, send the page link, what is wrong and, if you have it, a source — an official notice or a current operator page
- For a broken link, tell us which page you were on and which button you clicked
We read every message and usually reply within a few working days. Corrections that check out go into the next update of the page.
